GLADWIN Acoach’s dream! Every member from last year’s conference winning softball squad returns for the Gladwin Flying G’s 2023 season. The Flying G’s posted an incredible 20-9 record a year ago, winning the Jack Pine with a 12-2 conference record.

LANSING Isle Royale National Park was one of the least-visited U.S. national parks in 2022, with only 25,454 recreational visitors. It’s the fifth least-visited park in the country. But some people, like Visit Keweenaw Executive Director Brad Barnett, celebrate this sparsity of attention.
