Gladwin Area Community Band begins rehearsals, invites musicians

GLADWIN The Gladwin Area Community Band, which premiered in 2022, will soon begin rehearsing for its next concert. Musicians of all ages from Gladwin and the surrounding area are invited and encouraged to join the group as it prepares for the spring event.

CoA creates opportunity for senior employment

The Gladwin County Council on Aging (CoA) is working with people 55 or older who have low income, are currently unemployed, and are ready to work. The CoA’s Title V program helps those people to learn new skills and to find a job that will help to teach them.
