GLADWIN Grief has no time limit. Whether you have recently lost a loved one or if it has been a period of time, you are invited to the next Grief and Loss Support Class sponsored by Hospice of Gladwin Area.

GBCFD slated for April 15 at Christ the King

GLADWIN On Saturday, March 18, in the parking lot of Christ the King Lutheran Church, there was another Gladwin/Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) where almost 25,000 lbs. of food from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan was passed out to 230 households and 572 household members.

According to the National Weather Service, heavy freezing rain is expected across northeast Michigan last night into this morning. Roadways may become icy and travel could become dangerous in some of the northern counties and upper peninsula.

Gladwin City Police recover stolen vehicles

GLADWIN There were two vehicle thefts reported within Gladwin city limits in mid-March, one on March 14 and another on March 22. The theft on March 14 took place at a residence on Short Street. According to the report, a Chrysler Town & Country was stolen just before 5:30 a.m. from the residence.
