BEAVERTONThe Wednesday Beaverton Men’s Bowling League will have its annual league formation meeting Wednesday, August 20, 6 p.m. at the Beaverton Bowl.This is a five man team league that bowls Wednesday evenings starting at 6:30 p.m.

GLADWINThe Linwood Post 239 Class AA American Legion Team played in a four team Zone 4 State Baseball Tournament at Mt. Pleasant High School this past weekend finishing in third place. As a result of Post 239’s finish, the team failed to qualify for the state tournament.
