Cowboys deny Lions on 2-point try for 20-19 win to extend home win streak to 16

ARLINGTON, TEXAS CeeDee Lamb could only watch from the sideline in the final seconds of the best game of his career, hoping it would be enough for a 16th consecutive home victory for the Dallas Cowboys. It was, because the Cowboys survived a 2-point conversion fest with Detroit going for the win.

GLADWIN Atough opponent brought out a big effort from the Gladwin boys’ basketball team Wednesday night, but the Flying G’s came up just short in a 61-57 loss to visiting Bay City John Glenn. “It was a battle,” said Gladwin coach Mike Verellen.

Beaverton boys’ hoop team splits a pair of games

BEAVERTON Arough first quarter cost the Beaverton boys’ basketball team a 5949 loss at Standish Thursday night. The rest of the game wasn’t all bad. “The first quarter was our downfall,” said Beavers cohead coach Shad Woodruff.
