GLADWINAmerican Legion Post 171 is announcing the formation of the Sons of the American Legion (SAL) Squadron.Any adult whose father or grandfather served in the U.S. military is eligible to join.Meetings will take place at the American Legion Post located at 128 N. Silverleaf St. in Gladwin, 6 p.m.

BEAVERTONE agle Ridge Church of God, located at 3987 S. M-18 in Beaverton, will have Community Supper every second Monday of the month from 5:30-7 p.m.This free catered meal will have live music. Everyone is invited, no RSVP needed, so bring a friend. No takeout is available.

At the start of the dance year, it was the plan for Applause Talent to be the final competition of the season for the Gail Wildfong School of Dance (GWSD). However, upon suggestion from the studio’s seniors, those plans quickly changed!
