Granted, the Beaverton wrestling team did not head into the Christmas break like a juggernaut.
The Beavers have had mixed results in limited action in the first month of the season, but that is no reason to believe they can’t make a strong defense of the Division 3 district championship they won last season when the 2024 state tournament rolls around.
