To the Editor:The City has resolved its lawsuit in Kile versus City of Gladwin and we can now look at the results of this suit. What was resolved, that there were minor technicalities that could have been resolved by open communications, rather than a lawsuit. Cost to the City was $21,000 plus paid by the City’s insurance company, which will result in higher premiums. ...
