    October 15, 2023 was the 100 year anniversary of the purchase of the Zettel family property at the Gladwin Summer Resorts plat of Pratt Lake. Lot 14, was purchased by Clyde and Helen Zettel for $125 from McClure-Stevens Land Co., October 15,1923. The county and township approved the developer’s plat on August 11, 1923.
