On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, Clare-Gladwin Career & Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Arts students enjoyed an enriching experience at the ProStart Boot Camp held at Dow Diamond.
The event featured a series of hands-on rotations where students practiced key culinary skills, including plating, competition setup, cake decorating, management, knife skills and sauce foundations.
