On Tuesday, July 2, In The Mix Tattoo Studio LLC held a ribbon cutting event for their grand opening. The business is located at 120 Ross Street in Beaverton. The owner, Kristen Hogue, has been a tattoo artist for close to three years and has lived in Gladwin County for 14 years.

GLADWINThe 11th annual Gladwin County Orv Fun Fest is slated for August 17, 2024 at the Gladwin Fairgrounds. The event will include a 70 plus mile ride, food, and prizes. The ride will begin with a parade through Gladwin before heading to the trails.

On Saturday, July 6, residents of Wiggins Lake participated in a Golf Cart Parade and Boat Parade. This year was the ninth annual Golf Cart Parade and included a variety of themed carts with prizes given to first, second, and third place. The boat parade also had various themed boats.

Humans love living with their animals, pets, and fur babies. We have shared our lives with Angel, a beautiful Calico cat.We adopted her 20 years ago to live comfortably in our horse barn. We had a heated room for when the cat was out in the cold and a living area that was Angel’s preferred location.
