Recently, I had the opportunity to loan my daughter my pretty blue truck, because hers would not start. I got the call at 6:30 a.m. I had just got dressed, and my instant reaction was not positive. I was soon out the door and, on my way, to loan her my truck.

Community Christian Choir to perform concert

A LOOK BACK IN TIME | CANN FAMILY WELL

Recently a historical article about flowing/artesian wells in the Gladwin area appeared in The Record. This photo of the Richard and Ida Cann family in Butman Township features one of those wells. Notice that they have pointed the spray upward instead of down into the barrel.

Lilly Edick receives multiple awards at Michigan State Fair
