HARRISONThe third annual Tournament of Ribbons Cancer Charity Golf Outing Scotch and Scramble will take place at Devil’s Knob Golf Course in Harrison, Sept. 19 with sign in at 9:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Registration began Aug. 1 and will end Sept. 1.
