GLADWIN COUNTYThere was another successful Gladwin/ Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) in the parking lot of Christ the King Lutheran Church on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026. The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan passed out 18,650 pounds of food to 203 households and 495 household members.

DOWN AND DIRTY AT THE ORV FUN FEST

The Gladwin Chamber of Commerce hosted its 13th Annual ORV Fun Fest Saturday. A total of 62 vehicles took part, roaring through an 80-mile course that traversed the County. There were eight stops along the way with local businesses participating by hosting games and offering their wares.
