GLADWIN COUNTYThe Church Softball League is looking for singles or teams to play this summer on a co-ed team. They play on Monday nights at the Gladwin Softball Complex, 6:30 p.m., with prayer at 6:25 p.m. You must be 14 years old. The league starts June 3.

SHEPHERDDespite finishing in the middle of the pack at Saturday’s Division 2 regional at Shepherd, the Gladwin girls’ track team will be well-represented at the state meet June 1 at Hamilton.Petoskey won the team championship with 117.5 points, followed by Cadillac with 106, Shepherd with 79.
