Gladwin wins JV football game; Beaverton falls

GLADWINThe Gladwin junior varsity football team ran its record to 4-1 Thursday with a 34-14 victory over visiting Standish.Quarterback Jacob Pahl ran for one touchdown and threw for two others, connecting with Hunter Wooster for one and Brock Cleaver on the other.

The Gladwin Junior High School (GJHS)Boys Cross Country Team (CC) competed against some tough competition at the Shepherd Bluejay Invitational this past Saturday.The boys were placed in the big school division which had them racing with a total of 281 runners in the two mile race.
