Ogemaw Heights grabs third straight league football title

WEST BRANCHWhen the Ogemaw Heights football team beat visiting Meridian 34-0 Friday night, it was truly a milestone victory.It gave the Falcons a perfect 6-0 record in the Jack Pine Conference, their third straight league title and second in a row since joining the JPC last fall.

GLADWINThe Gladwin Junior High School cross-country teams traveled to Shepherd on Oct. 15 for the final Jack Pine Jamboree of the season.The weather conditions were about perfect for racing and the Flying G’s continued to run very well.First up was the girls race.
