GLADWIN aser focus was in short supply at the beginning of the Gladwin volleyball team’s match with visiting Pinconning last Wednesday night. The Flying G’s soared into the event atop the Jack Pine Conference with a 7-0 record, while the Spartans brought a 1-6 mark into the fray.

GLADWIN On Monday, September 25 the Junior Varsity volleyball team hosted a conference quad with Farwell, Shepherd and Harrison. The girls played Farwell first and won both sets 25-14, 25-11.

GLADWIN On September 22, the Varsity football Flying G’s continued their winning streak against the Meridian Mustangs. Gladwin’s Jhace Massey rushed 80 yards down the field for their first touchdown of the night with 1:40 left in the first quarter.
