CLARETwo years ago, Beaverton fielded a varsity girls’ soccer team for the first time and a freshman-dominated lineup did not win a game.Many of those players are back this spring as juniors and the improvement is obvious.

GLADWINAtest was held on March 22, for T.H.O.R. Martial Arts, Torri Bushi Ju Jitsu. Avery Pirosko earned his Third Dan Black Belt, George Goemaere his Third Dan Black Belt, Brian Klawiter his Second Kyu and Richard Pratt his Fourth Dan Black Belt. They are living the Martial Arts lifestyle.
