Constance “Connie” Bloom, age 79, of Sugar Springs, Gladwin, MI, passed away on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. She was born on Oct.
11, 1946, the daughter of Donald and Norma Ramsey of New Berlin, New York.
She married Richard Bloom and together they shared 32 years filled with love and cherished memories.
Connie worked as the office manager for “The Hartford” in Troy, MI, for many years. Connie and Rich enjoyed traveling across North America and were both proud members of the West Branch Optimist Club and Optimist International.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Richard; step-daughters: Kristina and Jennifer; and grandchildren: Zachery, Kaylynn, and Seth.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Terry Ramsey.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and a “Celebration of Life” service will be held on Sunday, Nov. 9, 3 p.m., at Butman Township Hall.
