The Gladwin County Fair drew a crowd every night last week, featuring everything from a “goat snuggling” pen for those in need of a hug to equestrian competitions to animal auctions to good old fashioned thrills on the midway. For the gear heads among us, there were events in front of the Grandstand every night ranging from tractor pulls to a mud bog to heated Bump & Run and Figure 8 racing.
