The Curious Savage slated for October opening

GLADWINThe cast is set for Gladwin Area Friends of the Theatre’s (GAFT) fall comedy, The Curious Savage by John Patrick. Longtime GAFT director and current president Al Hawley will be directing, with Monica Pfannes assisting.

William Herendeen came to Beaverton in the employ of Ross Brothers to manage the company’s store, and the camp stores located on the river systems above Beaverton. He later managed Ron Ross’s grain elevator, built in 1902. Still later, he opened his own store on Brown Street in Beaverton.
