GLADWIN COUNTYAll artists in the Gladwin County area are invited to the annual open meeting of Gladwin Area Artists. This social gathering is a potluck picnic and short meeting designed to inform what the group is all about and what members have planned for 2026.

Food distribution at Christ the King

GLADWIN COUNTYThe Gladwin/Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) will be hosting it’s next distribution on June 20, 2026 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 600 S. M-18, Gladwin.Address verification will be required for all food recipients. The handing out of food, will begin about 10 a.m.

GLADWINAmerican Legion Post 171 is announcing the formation of the Sons of the American Legion (SAL) Squadron.Any adult whose father or grandfather served in the U.S. military is eligible to join.Meetings will take place at the American Legion Post located at 128 N. Silverleaf St. in Gladwin, 6 p.m.

Eagle Riders donate to Gladwin veterans

GLADWINThe Gladwin Eagles 3292 Riders have a code. It’s printed on a laminated card that says, “Our mission is to have fun in a family oriented organization, dedicated to the enjoyment of motorcycles, safe riding while promoting the Fraternal Order of Eagles.”They also raise funds for worthy causes.
