As I sit here on a Monday morning, I can only describe my week as a natural high like I haven’t had in a long time. First of all, my twin sister came in from Houston to spend a little bit of time with us. That means that my younger brother, and twin sister, added to the joy Mary Jo and I have.

Mid-morning is one of my favorite times of the day. It is such a perfect time to settle into my “Comfy Chair” and to take a rejuvenating nap. I enjoy taking a little foray into a deep, restful REM type of sleep. A little catnap, some shuteye, a contemplation of the inner mind, studying my eyelids!
