The crowd exploded to their feet, bodies lining the entire ice rink, the Gladiators scoring within the first few minutes of the game. The moment set the fans ablaze for the rest of the contest, jumping and cheering as loud as they could, only to motivate the Gladiators even more.
I have to admit; the first quarter had me worried some. Not from a lack of offensive skill and production. The Gladiators possessed an uncanny ability to produce points. No, rather, it was Lakeshore’s knack to keep pace with the Gladiators high-octane attack.
