Gladwin boys basketball traveled to Meridian Friday night to challenge the Meridian Mustangs.
Opening the night was the freshman squad, defeating the Mustangs 40-26.
Gladwin started the game sluggish, committing turnovers and giving up free points to the Mustangs, forcing the Flying G’s to spend a timeout early in the contest.
