The Gladwin boys freshman basketball team traveled to St. Helen on February 20. The Flying G’s challenged the Charlton Heston Academy Patriots, defeating the Patriots 52-17.
Gladwin got off to a slow start, scoring their first points of the game midway through the first quarter.
The game remained close in the first half, Gladwin taking a 19-14 lead into halftime.
