It took a big effort from the Beaverton volleyball team to rack up a hard-fought 25-14, 21-25, 25-23, 25-21 victory over visiting Shepherd Wednesday night.
“We played better than we’ve played in a while,” said Beavers coach Steve Evans. “Shepherd is a good team and really scrappy.
