Carol Kathaleen Waldron
Carol Kathaleen Waldron, age 80, of Harrison, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center-Clare. Carol was born December 20, 1944, in Gladwin, Michigan the daughter of Marion (Gooden) Carbeno and Wayne D. Carbeno. Carol graduated from Gladwin High School, class of 1963. Carol was united in marriage to Mr. Charles “Chuck” M. Waldron on June 15, 1963, in Gladwin.
Mrs. Waldron had resided in Harrison since 1997, moving from Lapeer, Michigan. Carol enjoyed riding motorcycles and snowmobiling with her husband for many years. She also enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, playing cards, reading and taking tour bus trips.
Surviving Mrs. Waldron is her loving husband and best friend of 61 years, Mr.
Charles “Chuck” M. Waldron of Harrison; one son, Gregory Allen Waldron of Harrison; one sister, Mary Lou Muma of Gladwin; one brother, Dennis Carbeno and wife, Deborah – also of Gladwin; her beloved “fur baby”, Katie of Harrison; plus many nieces, nephews and extended family. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Kimberly Waldron; two sons: Joey Waldron and Jeffery M. Waldron; one sister, Patricia Holmes; and two brothers: Wayne and David Carbeno.
Funeral services honoring Mrs. Waldron took place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 12 p.m. from Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service, 165 West Oak Street, Harrison with Mr.
Ben Evers officiating. Visitation took place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Burial immediately followed at Fernwood Cemetery, Temple, Michigan. Luncheon and a time of sharing followed graveside services at Clark-Stocking Reflections Reception Center, 165 West Oak Street, Harrison.
