CTE Culinary Arts students attend ProStart Boot Camp
CTE Culinary Students had the opportunity to learn from industry experts, gaining valuable training that enhanced their culinary skills.

On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, Clare-Gladwin Career & Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Arts students enjoyed an enriching experience at the ProStart Boot Camp held at Dow Diamond.
The event featured a series of hands-on rotations where students practiced key culinary skills, including plating, competition setup, cake decorating, management, knife skills and sauce foundations.
