The Gladwin Junior High boys’ cross country team won the championship Saturday on its home course in the Cedar Bend Invitational at the Gladwin County Recreation Area.
The Flying G’s were first with 25 points, followed by Bellaire with 31.
Alex Hamilton led the champs by running fifth in a time of 14:42.84 over the 3,200-meter trail.
