GLADWIN – According to an MLive article posted on Wednesday, July 29, more than 40 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been tied to a summer camp in Gladwin County with hundreds more potentially exposed.

In the article, Health Officer with Central Michigan District Health Department, Steve Hall was quoted, “At this point we are aware of 42 cases attributed to The Springs Ministries Camp in Gladwin County,” said Steve Hall. “In terms of how many people were potentially exposed, there were over 230 campers between the two camps.”

The two camps were being held July 12-17 and July 19-23.
