MSP investigate a reported missing person

The Michigan State Police Tri-City Post is investigating after Michael Wayne Frisco, 49, of Midland was reported missing on June 8, 2023, by his girlfriend. Frisco was last seen near M-30 and Estey Rd. in Gladwin County immediately after he was involved in a traffic crash and walked away from the scene on May 26.
