GLADWIN COUNTY – The First United Methodist Church of Gladwin/Beaverton is excited to announce the launching of a new Sunday school program called Lunch-N-Lesson.

This will be a family focused program featuring worship with christian music, a child-friendly lunch and a Bible lesson with hands-on activites to reinforce the lesson. It will be held from noon to 1:15 p.m. on the third Sunday of each month and will alternate between the church’s two campuses.

Lunch-N-Lesson will start April 18 in the fellowship hall on the Gladwin campus at 309 S. M-18. The next program will be on May 16 in the fellowship hall on the Beaverton campus at 150 West Brown St.

Due to COVID-19, the church will need to enforce the related restrictions of social distancing, hand sanitation and facial covering when not eating. To assure that they maintain proper social distancing, families wishing to participate will need to make reservations by 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the event.

To make reservations, volunteer or to get more information, please call 989-429-9549.
