    After a recent Public Protection Classification (PPC) survey by the Insurance Services Office (ISO) on the Gladwin Rural Urban Fire Department, Gladwin’s PPC was upgraded from a class five to a class four grade and will be in effect on February 1, 2024. The upgrade in PPC will result in insurance rates for resident’s and business to be lowered.
