Beaverton

Beaverton’s Our Town Gift Card program is now in effect. This program, made possible through Consumer’s Energy allows you to purchase a certificate to select local businesses and receive double the amount.

For example, shoppers may spend $10 and receive $20 worth of certificates to use at any participating business. The maximum amount available to purchase per recipient is $150, which would equal $300 worth of certificates.

Claim your certificates by calling 989-435-7715 at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 10. There will be a radio call-in style way to distribute these certificates, no voicemails. Shoppers must then pick up their certificates on Jan. 13 or 14 at Schumacher Insurance in Beaverton, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Only cash will be accepted for these certificates. Checks and credit cards will not be accepted as payment at time of certificate pick-up.

Redeem your certificates at any participating businesses. You must redeem your certificates by July 31, 2022. No cash change given at time of certificate redemption.

Participating businesses include A&W, Beaverton Hardware & Sports, Beaverton Schools, Create-It, Freeman Nursery, Flower Scents, GEM Theater, Hospice of Gladwin County, T&J Auto, Beaverton Pharmacy, Beaverton Tavern, Cluttered Closets & Boutique, Edward Jones, Family Hair-Care, Fruchey Family Market in Beaverton, Hometown Feed & Seed, Maverick Ford, and Stearns Marketing.

The Our Town Gift Card Program promotes the local businesses and encourages shoppers to shop local to show their support for their community.
