GLADWIN COUNTY – Thomas Gray, the Beaverton man who was arrested in Tennessee and charged with child abuse was arraigned on Dec. 23. According to official court documents, Gray made no plea during the arraignment. 

A probable cause hearing was ordered to be scheduled in front of the magistrate as well as a preliminary examination which was ordered to be in front of the presiding judge, Joshua Farrell. No exact date was yet made for either as of yet. A cash or surety bond was set for $250,000.
