Beaverton, Michigan as viewed from the east end of the power dam’s tail race where it joins back into the Tobacco river east of town. We know this was taken after the power dam was built in 1921 and after the first stand-alone gas station was built in 1923, but before a fire destroyed the Ross Mill & Elevator in February 1935.
