GLADWIN
The Division 2 state tournament kicks off this afternoon and the Gladwin soccer team is heading into it with some steam.
The Flying G’s tied McBain Northern Michigan Christian Academy 1-1 last Monday and then blanked Big Rapids Crossroads Academy 4-0 Wednesday and Cheboygan 2-0 Friday to head into this week with an overall record of 13-1-2.
Gladwin will compete in the Ogemaw Heights district.
