Gladwin fourth at JPC golf tourney

MIDLAND

Collin Foster finished tied for third in a field of 56 Thursday to help the Gladwin golf team place fourth at a Jack Pine Conference tournament at Currie Golf Course in Midland Thursday.

Foster carded a nine-over-par 81 to wind up in a three-way tie for third, just two strokes out of first place.

Hunter Simpson was next on the leaderboard for the Flying Gā€™s, shooting 85 to wind up 13th.
