    The championship chapter has yet to be written, but the Gladwin volleyball team remained alone atop the Jack Pine Conference standings last Wednesday with a 25-14, 27-25, 25-19 victory at Clare.

    “Our block was great,” said Flying G’s coach Tony Wetmore. “Clare has a few strong hitters and we had been working hard on figuring out how to block them.”
