To the Editor:
Two of the most important Presidents of the United States of America are two February boys: George Washington (1789-1797) and Abraham Lincoln (1861-1865).
One, Washington presided over the Constitutional Congress; one, Lincoln saved the Union and envisioned the renewal of our nation with his Second Inaugural Address. And both believed in and embraced the ideal of rule by law.
