Michael Turner
Michael Turner, 58, of Gladwin, on January 10, 2023, went home to be with the Lord. He was born on May 30, 1964, the son of Robert and Joan (Garvey) Turner.
Michael attended Mid-Michigan College and Central Michigan University where he got his bachelor’s degree and went on to own and operate the All Day Lawn Service in Gladwin.
He was a sports enthusiast who loved to have fun, his hobbies included wood working and riding his snow mobile, 4 wheeler, and motorcycle.
He is survived by his children, Kara (John), Austin, Madi, Tim Frey, Ethan North, Caden Laidlaw; grandchildren, Dylan and Jayden; parents; siblings, Scott (Lisa) Turner and Lisa (Rodney) Foster; uncles, John Gage and Gary (Lonnie) Moyer; aunts, Mona Campbell and Delores (Curtis) Garvey; along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Gracie Moyer and Gladys Gage; uncles, Curtis Garvey and Richard Garvey; aunt, Sandra Gage.
Memorial services were held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home in Gladwin. There was a visitation on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 starting at 11 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be used according to the wishes of the family.
