Carlene Simrau, 92, passed away peacefully at the Gladwin Pines Nursing Home on Sunday, September 10, 2023. She was born to Henry and Mae Simrau on October 30, 1930. She worked at Nick Schultz Restaurant and the Pratt Lake Nursing Home In Gladwin. She later moved to Houghton Lake where she worked at the Brass Lantern Restaurant for many years then at Dianne’s.
