BILLINGS TOWNSHIP

Longtime Fire Chief of the Billings Township Fire Department, Alan (Al) Vincent passed away on February 5. Vincent had served Billings Township as a firefighter for 50 years, 33 of those years were spent as chief. He was a founding member of the township’s fire department, well known and fiercely respected by many in Billings Township and beyond.
