Aug. 16 is a day for Joe Persky to remember. While golfing at Devil’s Knob, he used an #8 iron and a Visa ball to ace the #4 hole. Witnesses Richard Ward and Scott Furgeson reported that the ball went past the pole, spun around, and rolled into the hole. They also attested that Joe’s dog, Rocky, chose the club he used. Congrats to Joe and Rocky for obtaining the coveted hole in one.
