Alicia Renee Hackett, 33, of Macomb, was arraigned in the 54B District Court in East Lansing on one count of Medicaid Fraud – Conspiracy, a 10-year felony, and ten counts of Medicaid Fraud – False Claim, a 4-year felony, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
