Roland Bourgeois, 56, of Lake, on March 7, was sentenced by Judge Tara Hovey in the 55th Circuit Court in Clare County to 50 months – 24 years’ incarceration on two counts of Second-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. Bourgeois was found guilty by a Clare County jury in November 2024 and sentenced as a fourth habitual felony offender.
