GLADWIN
The Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office arrested Scott Andrew Webb, 47, on a Criminal Sexual Conduct fourth degree warrant issued out of the 80th District Court on Nov. 25.
Webb, of Gladwin, was arrested at his residence and transported to the Gladwin Jail without incident.
The following day, he was arraigned on the warrant and later posted a $15,000 cash/surety bond.
