There was a very wet, but successful, Gladwin/ Beaverton Community Food Distribution (GBCFD) in the parking lot of Christ the King Lutheran Church on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025. Over 19,000 pounds of food from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan was passed out to 191 households.
